  • Modification of service and prices

In the event of services being provided outside our geographical area (Las Terrenas to El Limòn), travel expenses will be charged.

Tropi'Gest estimates are valid for 30 days.

A 50% deposit will be required to validate a special order (type outside geographical area or for any service outside the maintenance, yield or pool package). This can be paid in cash (pesos or USD) or online via a payment platform, or by bank transfer.

The balance will be paid by the customer in cash (pesos or USD) or online via a payment platform or by bank transfer, on the day of the service.

Failure to pay the balance will result in cancellation of the order, without refund of the deposit received. Final delivery of services will only take place once the order has been paid in full.

In the event of cancellation of a reservation for a package service or of any order that has become definitive, we remind you that, in accordance with legal provisions, the amount of the deposit will not be reimbursed, except in cases of force majeure for the customer.

  • Purpose

Tropi'Gest offers private and public property maintenance and management services as presented on our website: https://www.tropigest.com

The act of reserving a maintenance, performance, swimming pool or any other service package on our https://www.tropigest.com platform is equivalent to the placing of an order by the customer and implies unreserved acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale, except in the case of special conditions granted by Tropi'Gest to the customer.

Any document other than the present terms and conditions of sale, in particular catalogs, prospectuses, advertisements and notices, is for information purposes only and is non-contractual.

These general terms and conditions of sale form an indivisible contractual document with the service contract signed by the customer.

  • Order

The reservation/purchase of a package or service is made exclusively by requesting a quote via our online site https://www.tropigest.com or by e-mail contact@tropigest.com or Whatsapp +18097587017.

All orders are accepted on receipt of payment in cash or electronically at the time of the appointment to carry out the chosen service, and must be validated by a contract signed by the customer and containing his or her personal details.

  • Service modification

The services provided are described in our packages on our online platform. In the event of special requirements, a customized quotation will be drawn up at the customer's request.

In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the customer has a cooling-off period of 7 working days from the day after the order is placed.

  • Performance of the service

Tropi'Gest performs all maintenance and repair work. In the event of a major impediment, work will be carried out by any other employee designated by the company.

  • In the event of breakage during a maintenance service

Tropigest cannot be held responsible for breakage of equipment, as an analysis will have been carried out beforehand at the time of quotation. If, during maintenance work, an item or piece of equipment is broken by a TropiGest employee, we will replace it if it is proven that TropiGest is responsible. In the event of normal wear and tear resulting in breakage, the customer is responsible and must replace the part or equipment in question.

  • Delivery

Tropigest will do its utmost to ensure that all services and materials are delivered as quickly as possible and in accordance with the terms of the quotation.

A delay in delivery or performance may not be invoked by the customer to request termination of the contract, claim damages or assert any other claim.

A completion report will be drawn up and the customer will be informed accordingly.

  • StarLink installation

StarLink installation package: the customer orders his own hardware. Tropi'Gest installs and configures the Starlink hardware until it is fully operational.

  • Adverse weather conditions

In the event of adverse weather conditions such as thunderstorms, wind, storms, rain, etc., TropiGest cannot be held responsible for the non-performance or partial performance of the outdoor services initially provided for in the order.

No reimbursement will be made, and the service will be postponed to a later date, except in cases of force majeure.

  • Force majeure or illness

Force majeure is considered to be an unforeseeable external event making it impossible to perform the service (accident, death of a relative, etc.). Either party may invoke this right in the event of force majeure.

Tropi'Gest reserves the right to cancel or postpone a service in the event of force majeure or illness. Tropi'Gest cannot be held responsible for such cancellation, nor can it give rise to the payment of damages or interest on any grounds whatsoever. The service will be postponed to a later date.

  • Personal information

The personal information collected when an order is placed is intended exclusively for customer management purposes and, in particular, to follow up bookings in order to provide the service ordered.

Tropi'Gest undertakes not to communicate this information to third parties for any reason whatsoever.

  • Applicable law

These Terms of Use and Sale, as well as any separate agreement by which we provide you with the Services, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dominican Republic.
